How long does a full rewire take?

Do I need to move out during a rewire?

For a full rewire, it's usually more practical to temporarily vacate the property, as the power will be off for extended periods. We work as efficiently as possible to minimise disruption.

Will my walls and ceilings be damaged?

Some surface work is unavoidable, as cables need to be run through walls and ceilings. We work tidily and make good as we go, but some redecoration may be required after completion.

What certificate will I receive?

On completion of a full rewire, we issue an Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC), which is registered with the relevant authority. This is essential for building records and when selling your property.
